Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Dusk N Dazzling

At Dusk N Dazzling, we want every piece you pick to feel perfect. But if things don’t go as planned, our return, refund, and exchange policy is here to make things easy for you.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for any reason—wrong size, defect, change of mind—you name it.

  • Every order is eligible for one free return or exchange.

  • A second-time return on the same order is only accepted for defective or wrong products.

  • You must raise your return/exchange request within 7 days of order delivery.


💳 Refunds via Store Credit 

We do not issue refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods. Instead, we provide:

  • Store Credit – credited to your account once we receive and inspect your returned product.

  • Time Frame - We will refund through store credit within 3 to 5 working days.

🔄 How the Exchange Process Works

  2. Submit your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. We’ll arrange a pickup for your first return/exchange.

  4. For any second time return will be accepted in case of defective or wrong product delivered.

  5. When  returned item reach back to us and pass all quality checks we’ll issue your Store Credit or Exchange order within 3–5 business days.

    Once we receive the replaced or exchanged product we will deliver the product within 7 to 20 days

    To maintain product standards, all returned items undergo a strict quality check before we issue any Store Credit or process an exchange.

    Returned items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any)

    • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, or damage

    ❗If the item fails our quality check, the return will be declined and the product may be shipped back to you at your cost.

    📦 Defective or Wrong Product Received?

    We're truly sorry if that happened. Please follow the steps below so we can help resolve the issue quickly:

    1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package at support@dusknDazzling.com.

    2. Provide a 360° unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish, without cuts or edits.

    3. Include all of the following images in your email:

      • ✅ Full image of the product

      • ✅ Close-up image clearly showing the defect/problem area

      • ✅ Image of the shipping label on the package

      • ✅ Image of the brand packaging (box/pouch with branding)

    These are mandatory for us to process any claim related to a defective or incorrect product.

1. What is the validity of Store Credit ?
They never expire. Use them whenever you're ready—next week or next year.

2. How do I use store credit?
🎁 Just apply your store credit at checkout. The value will be deducted from your order total automatically.

3. Can I return something more than once?
Yes, but:

  • Only one free return/exchange per order for all type of issues

  • For a second return (only allowed for wrong/defective items), 

4. How soon will I receive Store Credit after my return?
⏱ Within 3–5 business days after your item has been received and inspected.

5. What if my product is wrong or damaged?
We’re truly sorry! Let us know ASAP. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit and even accept a second return  if needed.

Refund Policy for Prepaid RTO Orders

What is RTO (Return to Origin)?

RTO stands for Return to Origin. This happens when a prepaid order could not be delivered to the customer due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Repeated delivery attempts failed

  • Customer not available or refused delivery

In such cases, the package is returned back to us by the courier partner.

For prepaid orders that are returned to origin (RTO), we offer refunds only in the form of store credit.

  • Once we receive the returned parcel and verify its condition, we will issue a store credit (coupon code) equal to the order amount.

  • This store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

  • No cash or bank refunds will be processed for prepaid RTO orders.


Why Store Credit Refunds?

Since the product was shipped and returned due to non-delivery, logistics and handling costs are incurred. Store credits help us manage these costs while ensuring you can still enjoy our products in the future.
